Sorry Insomnia Again
9 Answers
Well have taken my pills 2 hours ago - no effect - I am literally shattered so might as well come on here for a time or so. Good news anyway to tell you - I like many people gave an oul £5 per month to the renovation of my church and I won the ballot today and got £500 - isn't that great- have helped the brother and his sons a lot monetary way so it has been a wee godsend. My mum used to say the measure you give the measure you get and it is true. Somebody said in an earlier post re the insomnia something about hops to help you to sleep - anybody care to tell me where to buy these hops things - may as well give them a go too. I have been busy working all day you know in the house etc then done voluntary work in the Credit Union which is mentally exhausting - wouldn't you think you would go out like a light.
Have a busy schedule tomorrow as in going to visit brother then going to down to his house to finish a bit of pot walloping ie cleaning. There is no woman in the house as his wife died 20 years ago and there is no doubt there is no woman's touch in his home. I am still suffering from the cortisone injection although can see a wee bit of improvement so hope not to undo the good of the cortisone but what can you do.
Harvey is in a coma in the bedroom wish I could get some of what he has bless him. Anyway just came in to talk for a while. Thanks for listening for what it is worth.

My own way to sleep is to start composing a story. In my own case, as a science fiction fan, I usually start with the great grandfather of the legendary Takeshi Kovaks being dropped with his team of hired guns on a mission to take out a renegade human dictatorship on a planet with bizarre gravitational anomalies!
The key is the story has nothing to do with the things that could be stressing you in your own life.
Find your own equivalent and have a go.
I rarely get past the first sentence- chapter, never.
