he's not long posted on Naomi's thread.
I like him and hope that, if he is away, he is having a good time reading his Daily Mail.

Thanks ummmmm - didn't see that.

It is unusual for him not to post on here for a couple of days if he is around.
Rest assured, we heard the distant sound of aog's approachjng but a short while ago.

Indeed - just seen a response of his on the EDl / Lee Rigby thread - having a gentle pop at me no less!
maybe the Daily Mail is having a holiday?
oooh no I love my Daily Mail.
never heard of him....
I think he has taken a job at a home for destitute Asylum Seekers.
I love my Daily Mail - that's called Stockholm Syndrome
It really isn't that quiet...

He might have forgotten to take his medicine !
It is quiet without AOG because he is very good at posting on contentious issues and then feeding the outrage he generates.

He does add greatly to this site but it all must get a bit samey for him. A bit of a break will do him good, and hopefully he will come back refreshed and baiting the lefties with even more vigour.
oh,

I regard him as 'ex-Indian Army Colonel, of Tonbridge'
but without the logic or articulacy
I knew the sandal wearing, pinko, muesli munching Guardianistas would miss him.
Lol...

I think it's the amount of threads that are missed but not so much the content.

... without AOG isn't it? \\

Yes.

\\\Has he gone away does anyone know? \\

I have no idea.

What i do know and appreciate, is whether the thread is going in his favour or otherwise, he debates and attends to every point.....generally speaking.
Others I have noticed start a thread and if it is going their way, they flourish, but if it isn't they disappear like a flash.

Just a little point that I have observed.
Now we're speculating about what the mysterious, aog, is like. He might enlighten us. I don't see him as a Londoner, nor Home Counties. Comes across as a Northerner, not living in some big city. Does not have the Daily Mail delivered; goes out to "corner shop" newsagent to buy it. Not Indian Army ! Poor aog; he has never said "When I was in Poona" in his life. Was ground crew in the RAF, at a guess, but that by obigation, not career.

Whatever you're like, aog, enjoy your rest!
// Comes across as a Northerner //

He doesn't to me. I have alway considered him to be a midlander, maybe Derby or Nottingham.

The weather has been good so why waste time on the internet when he could be enjoying his garden. What are your lillies like this year AOG? , mine are very late.
Croc-wearing Svejk, if you don't mind.
