Owner2 as the mother of teenage boys I couldn't believe it when I read that this 16 yr old was sleeping rough, I thought it a bit rich that his father said "Liam was extremely popular" - obviously not popular enough for someone to give the child a bed! And "his death brought great sorrow to all the communities" - in my book, that's guilt.
