I suppose they could try the Kenyan government, it's all hands across the ocean, forgive and forget these days.
Shouldn't be a problem, just find an honest reliable Kenyan politician to propose a bill, sit back and wait for a result.

May I point out that much ( some say most ) of the ill treatment was carried out by fellow Kenyans . That is why few details/ photos, are being released and the current Kenyan MPs are not making much capital about it. The term Colonial Government is used a lot , the majority of whom were Kenyans. We had overall responsibilty but as in India the locals ran the show.
