My comments about tattoos were entirely based on recent captures on British criminals in Spain. I am sure that there are some criminals that don't have any tattoos !

Editor...perhaps the Spanish police are at last taking the issue of British career criminals using their country as some kind of retirement venue, in order to spend their ill-gotten gains. If so, its well overdue.
