Wasting his time over a generous perk (which is a piddling amount in the scheme of things) he should be out there helping businesses and trying to kick start a stagnant economy.
Instead, he is interfering in the running of a successful company, probably driving its CEO away in the process. Grabs Mr Cable a few favourable headlines and impresses the jealous short termists but really we have an impotent business secretary who is just p*ssing in the wind.
