Just confirms my opinion of some folk in society; how they have problems acting in a reasonable manner. I guess one should be grateful they can think at all. It's just unfortunate when their desire to harm others comes to the surface. I doubt anyone will be charged with threatening behaviour though.

I can already feel my 'rage' and 'righteous hatred' welling up. What state I'll be in come Easter is anybody's guess.
I'm sure however that if I should find myself outraged to the point of violence towards those who choose to dress up as characters from Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves as they profess peace that a constable will have me transported to a place where justice will be swiftly dispensed.

So do I. They should be though. It sounds like arrests should have been made at the time.

It is a case of over-reaction, there is no doubt about it.

There is never any excuse to intimidate people, epsecially not children.

It perhaps wasn't wise to walk through a Muslim area, but unwise decisions should not attract threats.

Thankfully it all ended without violence, and - as a politician somewhere will be saying even as i type - "Lessons have been learned ..."

It's not actually a muslim area though is it, it's an area with a large muslim population.
A muslim area is Pakistan, Egypt, Iran etc.
