And Mrs T sold that idea, several times, to the public, NJ, in spite of obvious difficulties? We'd better blame Blair then.Must say I hadn't noticed a spirit of self reliance or entrepreneurship in the general population under Mrs T. But what I did notice was a feeling that things would get better; she engendered a spirit of optimism, which may have been a false spirit or it may not, but she had the purposeful manner and a certain charisma to create it.
