Must admit there is a problem, but this can't be the answer because as you say the damage will already have taken place.
This country managed to prevent any terrorism taking place at our Olympics, why should Russia be different?
What did amuse me however was this:
/// Earlier this month security forces shut down two madrassas in Novosasitli, photographing students and taking their fingerprints. ///
/// "I can't describe how terrified the girls were, how many tears were shed," said Abdurakhim Magomedov, a Salafi preacher. ///
Why were the girls 'so terrified', was it the closure of the madrassas, or the act of being photographed and fingerprinted?
