You say the same old thing about the US system every chance that you have.
I don't blame you for this as State medicine is firmly fixed into the left of centre political mind.
Just to get things straight JTP....I am in favour of the poor getting free medicine, but not in the way that State controlled medicine remains in it's present form in the NHS.
But,as i have said before......we are now "stuck" with it and neither the Politicians or the electorate have the urge for change...........for quite differing reasons.
P.S Does it matter where one retires, if one has given good service to the patients of their country? This line of envy is just "eating you away."
