Anyone agree that the BBC's saturation coverage of Nelson Mandela's life and death a bit much? How many more gushing people do they need to interview?

No, and why are people that want pay tribute to him ladled "gushing"?
It isn't just the BBC that is paying tribute to him. Every major newspaper and media organisation on the planet are giving this news coverage. What did anyone expect to happen for goodness's sake !
Mandela was one of the greatest political figures of the last 100 years. He can only die once....why are some people on AB keen to deny him the respect he deserves ?

I've watched and listened to several programmes and learned things since Thursday night. I had no mind on him that needed changing. Just because some prefer to watch their usual programmes doesn't mean they know nothing nor care little for Mandela. The first person I heard interviewed and gushing over him was Tony Blair - now his opinion I wasn't interested in - but I did listen.
No disrespect to Nelson Mandela but the BBC is going overboard when they show a video entitled "The minute before we knew".
