Human Rights. Win For Somali Rapist..
Where on earth do they get these judges from, and what about the poor pregnant girls human rights, who will probably be scarred for life with the memory's.

What has happened to you today Gromit, that is two such similar reports you have commented on, have you broken your 'rose tinted specs' I hope you don't repair them, because we both now to be singing from similar hymn books.

Not quite singing from the same hymn sheet.
I have no objections to muslims. I object to thugs and rapists. The two cases I have written on today involve how the law is applied. In the first one I was mislead by the comments of the QC who got the law wrong. She was not limited in the sentence she could give because the 3 men were rightly (in the eyes of the law) not charged with a religiously aggravated.
In this case, the interpretation of 'a family life' seems to have been extended. I would interpet that as a wife and children as his family. In this case it refers to his mother living here. He seems to be a prime candidate for deportation because of his crimes and the fact he was born and lived in Somalia. My objection to him staying is not because he is a muslim but because he is a rapist.
