I had seen it, I just didn't understand the question really. Basically as I see it, take any culture where men and women dress differently. Then if a man of that culture wear clothes associated with the women of that culture, he is "dressing in clothes traditionally associated with members of the opposite sex". Doesn't matter what those clothes are. In the Western world it's skirts and dresses, while Indian transvestites might wear saris, and so on.
