that rather depends on where said UK tourists wish to travel to. nearly all flights from regional airports (with the exception of Manchester) are provided by budget carriers who offer point-to-point journeys only. thus you cannot build an itinerary because the carriers won't recognize or honour connections. if you're travelling to the costas, or some far flung remote corner of Poland, fine. if you're not, you'll almost certainly have to drive to London to be sure of reaching your destination.
