I think he lost his chance a few years back.
Well I can see how the notion of a fund to support failing banks, thus saving taxpayers from the burden of the bailout, might actually be a positive thing.

The size of the projected fund would be inadequate though, and the lack of any clear guidelines on how the fund would be administered mean its a pretty pointless arrangement, it seems to me.

If it was simply to protect it then I could understand, but it isn't is it?
she could move the panzers on chutzpah alone.
And how does that affect us? We are not in the eurozone and not part of the deal?

Is your next post to be about the Yellow Peril that is China? Or are you still fighting the last War ? China may have more influence, if it cares to use it, after all. China may not, or not do so fully, but that remains a possibility.
