Time for some to wake up and smell the coffee?
Or just smell what they're shovelling?

We could of course close our doors to non EU immigrants, certainly whilst we have them pouring in from the EU.
Firstly though we need an immigration plan; that is cross party agreed and stuck to. Controlled immigration can be very good for a country but uncontrolled has totally the opposite effect, crushing the very infrastructure that the immigrants crave and destroying the indigenous populations way of life.
But above all we need a vote to get out of the EU, except the Cameron, clegg and Milliband would see hell freeze over first.

"Just as we said to the coal miners 30 years ago: 'Sorry we can get our coal a lot cheaper abroad. We can't afford to keep on propping you up"
Excellent example that. Being beholden to the French and Chinese to keep the lights on (at any price apparently) through outsourcing nuclear plants while sitting on out own natural resources.
As a country we seem more and more happy to just give it all away without trying to fix issues ourselves. It was easier to import foreign workers to work in the food processing industry for example than to get our own serial skivers out of bed and earning.
Had more attention been paid to the abuse of out of work benefits in past years there would be less need for all the hoo ha now.

they don't care, nor will they do anything concrete about those coming from outside the EU, bellyaching by the left over unfairness treatment of people by refusing them access because we don't want them, not being able to give a valid reason, that we need them to fill the jobs British won't do, headlines that have been running since i don't know when.
they didn't say that to the miners by the way, however at various points in the last number of years we have quite literally been held to ransom by the unions, not least when the power had to be rationed. You think we would be held to ransom if the French/Chinese build nuclear plants, we are paying a heavy price now for idiot wind farms, subsidised up the ying yang, ugly eyesores despoiling some rather nice land, not to mention we don't know yet what the long term problems with off shore wind farms will be, what that could be doing to sea life.
that has been happening for years. You should have a job before coming, not a bogus one, but that can be verified long before arrival, and money in the bank to support themselves, no benefits either for a year or more.
and if anyone watched the London programme with Matt wright last evening, public screening for evidence of TB, as it would seem, and largely borne out by evidence from consultants, doctors, hospitals, that not only is it on the rise in London but it's being brought it from abroad, countries that have high incidences of TB, and this current strain seems far more resistant to medications that were once thought to cure it. This new strain is highly contagious and almost impossible to cure so they said, the financial cost is massive as those who carry it will have to take a huge cocktail of medication for a very long period of time.
It doesn't seem to be just the capital that has this problem either...

When i first started "dabbling" in stocks and shares many years ago, I asked a knowledgeable friend if there was any books or statistics or publications which could help me spot the winners. He said "Sqad, just go into the HighStreet, see which shops are filled with costumers and that will give you a better assessment than any financial reports or statistics.
Good advice.........treat polls, statistics, Think Tank reports and any other "robust" analysis with scepticism and just go into the streets wherever you live , telephone your mates and that will give you the answer in the majority of issues..............including immigration.
