It's called controversial posting so as to instil debate.

The first was because it was hinted on racism by some, so while I was trawling The Huffington Post and came across this it seemed appropriate to also put this up for debate.

I don't think Kargaltsev has claimed this is art; it's satire. The white man is a real person. In the original, the black woman was a mannequin.
