What evidence do you have for suspecting a different outcome for white people joeluke ? ymg has just brought up a case of child sexual abuse, and the people involved, although not shown, would appear to be non-white.

Maybe it's judges taking pity on youth scum and giving them a chance........either that or they're under orders to keep custodial sentences down because our jails are already overcrowded

Of course Joeluke is correct when he said 'If it was 3 white men who'd attacked a black man they'd have been sent down'. The reason being it would have been considered a hate crime which for some reason carries a harsher punishment.
