The German NEWS HEADLINES today state;
"Putin agrees to dialogue with Ukraine 'contact group': Berlin
Russia's Vladimir Putin has agreed to a proposal from Angela Merkel to set up a contact group on Ukraine, the German government said Sunday evening."
Yet there seems to be no mention of this in the British media this morning, which is instead flogging the usual anti-Russian doom-laden scenario.
