Just posted a link from the DM ( ! ) to the same effect. This adds a further layer to the mysterious UKIP popularity cake ymb !
Unfortunately baldric, your post is funny but UKIP are not. They appear to be deadly serious, which makes them all the more worrying.

I know :-(
That juxtaposition of images, from ymbs link, is disturbing on sooo many levels! ;)

So you finally admit to be worried regarding UKIP?

Would you care to lay out your fears so that they can be discussed?

But of course not mentioning the obvious one, that being that you are afraid they may draw the vote away from Labour and so dismiss any hope of Labour getting back in power.
We should all be worried about the rise of the ultra right, even you aog.
Baseless
Are you seriously suggesting that UKIP policies are "ultra right" Mikey?
The interview probably took place months ago before the Crimea incident. Farage was mostly talking about Syria and Libya, where it is fair to say Putin out foxed the US and the hapless Hague.

But coming after his gaffe during the EU debate with Clegg, this is embarrassing. I would guess he is not in tune withe the majority of UKiPs voters and should probably keep his teap shut about foreign policy.
Gromit...ymb's post shows that Farage was interviewed very recently. There was exactly the same report in this morning's Guardian. Its plain that its not just his Members that embarrass Farage...he appears to need no outside help in that department. But I have stopped being surprised about anything this foolish man says.

You keep wheeling out your criticism of UKIP belonging to the Ultra Right, but you still fail to explain why you associate them with the Ultra Right.

Perhaps also you would care to explain why you use the words 'Ultra Right' when the term is 'Far Right' is this some form of sensationalism on your part?
Mikey and co believe that anyone who does not kow tow the EU utopian dream must be far right AOG.
UKIP are NOT anti Europe, they are anti the vile EU.: A VERY different matter. They are NOT the Nat. Front or the EDL. They are what the Tories SHOULD be. UKIP are NOT extemists, although the media would have us believe otherwise.
I don't 100% agree with Mr Farage but I certainly agree with him more than any other party leader right now.

The link does not indicate when the feature was written. I am sure it was before the EU debate. Features such as this are usually written several weeks before publication. Production and printing and distribution would take a week or two. It may be in the current edition of the magazine but that does not mean Campbell's interview with Farage was recent.
Ditto janbee, be on the outside of the EU but still trade - as was the original plan.
Was Farage ever a member of the Con Party?.
Gromit......Farage has praised Putin. What bl**dy difference does it make when he said it ? Its a damning statement whenever it was made !
Fruitcake leader of a fruitcake party. But that's probably what they said about the Sturmabteilung.
Zacs...yes and looked what happened to them ! Destroyed by a more ruthless lot and then we had WW 2 !

Look at some of UKIP's friends in Brussels !..Not a very eddying future is it !
