daft idea, sorry it won't stop those who want to go and get plastered, they can do that before leaving home by the way, then top up in the pub, club later

I'd go to one, don't drink alcohol very often (even in bars), nice to be able to go out and have a non-alcoholic drink and without being surrounded by drunk people.

Could work in areas with a large population of non-drinkers too.

how would you know they are non drinkers ?

I'd say a lot of areas with, say, a high muslim population would mean a quite a lot of non-drinkers.
