Low risk and an easy time in a Scottish jail begs the question, why is so much time and effort spent in catching drug smugglers if this is the case?
Seems like an invitation for us all to take our chances for a quick tax free profit.
Of course the fact that they're relatively photogenic doesn't hurt their cases at all either.

what message does this send out, carry drugs and you will get a high sentence, then commute that and send you home, so likely you will get out of jail in no time, what a farce.
