My friend and his family were about six cars back, as he said, very scary. What worried him more though, was having to drive past a burning vehicle that could have exploded as any minute. Still, glad everyone was OK!

Someone commented on the Radio that they were surprised no-one tried to get them into their cars before the Rangers got there, . . . .

i was thinking that - why didn't the other cars toot the horn or whatever to attract their attention, there must have been a queue, so could have offered an open door
I think the rangers were on the scene pretty quick, with a lot of shouting to stay in your cars and not open the doors.
