personally i haven't forgotten, which you likely have, that it wouldn't bother you if white people were in the minority, it was a while ago, strangely i haven't forgotten it, maybe if we were all coffee coloured, but you know what that doesn't work either, as i recall unflattering comments between my then West Indian b/f and his mates about very dark skinned Africans, rude and rather surprising.

I am not fussed who I live amongst, as long as they are decent people who put their rubbish out on time, don't litter, aren't noisy and are happy to take deliveries for our house when I'm out.

I would not want to live in an area which is 100% white! or 100% black! or 100% Asian or 100% gay or 100% straight. I like a good mix of people. That's what I was trying to get across.

I don't really care.

I really don't hang on to everything you say - but when you're displaying what (in my opinion) is a hypocritical standpoint (remember the whole PC Blakelock / Stephen Lawrence thing), I feel that it's only fair to recall your previous statements.

This article is a little odd. I thought these were standard beliefs about Neanderthals. It's never been thought they died out through lack of intelligence, has it?

Neanderthals have been incorrectly labled as being of low intelliegence , but the truth is that the 2 sub species co-existed for at least 20,000 years possibly as long as 50,000 years. All the scientific date (brain volume etc) suggests they were equal to modern man in brain power and physically stronger.

From the reading I have done the problem seems to be accepting The Neanderthals as people.
