These figures show that there has been a 106.3% increase since 2001 of Black Africans in this country, compared to only 5.5% of Black Caribbean, and only a 1.4% increase of Whites.

I'm not sure why you have focussed on the Black Africans when it's the All Other Ethnicities category which has shown the largest increase and is the second largest category.

If we have seen a 106.3% increase in only 10 years, and only a 1.4% increase in whites, doesn't it make sensible reasoning that the number of black Africans are increasing over whites? And that is not taking into account all the other non whites.
