The mother is Nigerian and should be sent back there, how she ever managed to get here four years ago while being heavily pregnant (as reported), is anyone's guess.
Her children are four and two so how can they make up their own minds if the want to live in the UK or Nigeria, have the courts enough power to force them to live in the UK?
