If this did actually happen I guess it was one practical demonstration that showed the desired outcome.
So many times during my school years the science teacher would give us a "demo" that "flopped".
I have no problem with any race or religion.
It's the "extremists" that are a major issue and the fewer extremists on the planet the better, IMHO.

In the good old days of the IRA - every now and then they scored 'own goals' some because the army broadcast all-spectrum "squashes" which would trigger any radio controlled bombs primed to go off - but that did not dent Gerry Adams' ( unrelated to the IRA we are told ) rhetoric nor dent the numbers of young men queuing up for glory.

Although I don't have any sympathy really, I do find this a sad story. Not the deaths, so much as how sad it is that people can be driven to such hatred for others that they are still able to take time out to have lessons in killing without pausing for thought as to what they are really doing. Many murders can be somewhat rationalised by their being spontaneous -- but here we have a small-scale industry devoted to it. Hard, if not impossible, to understand how anyone could think like that.
