a few weeks ago i was arrested at work! supposedely seen on cctv stealing 6 cameras! my job is to process orders via an internet site pick them and package for delivery...so the cctv i watch..me doing my job!
answer all questions in police station as all the footage is me doing my job..they then say these cameras wasnt on the list for today..well i had a label so sent them..etc etc..get bail..
since then ive had discliplinary hearing at work and they show me evidence!
cctc..picking sheets and a label..they are saying that this label asnt produced via the delivery system but it was manually done..yes you can manually do them but i wouldnt..i work with 4 others but none of them been called in as i was on cctv picking them! there not interested that mayb someone else done the label just targeting me..they have the label with name add etcc tey have done research and coincidentally the person lives 10 doors up from me! i dont know him..he has ordered off there before so they told me..also they have looked into his ebay and seen that he sells electrical equipment online and items same as what went missing he has previously sold! this is just massive coincidence and i havent done anything wrong just been doing my job i send what iam told to...iam worried about answering bail as they have given the police now the picking sheets and deliveries for that day and r saying the camera shouldnt of gone but i can be seen packaging them up on cctv! police at the end of my interview said they think it will be a nfa ..hats other peoples views on what police will do??

They will examine all the evidence and submit a file to the CPS for them to decide whether or not you should be charged.

but when i was questioned at police station they didnt really ask me details about my job! and if they did they would realsie iam just doing my job!

I think they'll be aware of what your job is and why you are suspected of theft

The other weird thing.. It's not just me who does the job! There is 5 of us and just me been pulled in? I think it's a set up tbh

Firstly calm down, as New Judge says either the police will do absolutely nothing or they will send a file to the CPS- you could be in bail for ages a they to and fro on this. Secondly from what I can see there isn't a shred of evidence that you did anything wrong, so I don't think you have a massive amount to be worried about, but can you tell me, with this pick sheets and labels that can be printed off- presumably someone has to log into a system to do that? If so it will be linked to their log in, if that is the system could your log in details have been compromised?

Never been in trouble in my life! So scared at the minute.. Yes they are printed off a computer but anyone can access it! U don't have to put in any details to log in etcc the computer is in a main office and all computers are logged on first thing in the morning

I have the second part of my discliplinary today as last week they had to adjourn! They have wrote to me since and said there is another matter what I now need to explain and it's exactly the same again! There saying this item shouldn't of gone out but Iam seen picking it on CCTV! I can't argue that but they are going to be told the same again! If I picked it I had a label for it! They shew me a label last time what they thought had been printed manually then they had CCTV of me packaging items then this and eBay feedback! And asked me to explain it.! I replied I can't explain nothing as it's nothing normal to what I usually do.. So today when I go they are going to be told straight .. If u think that I have intentionally done this then I want proof that I PRINTED THE LABEL AND THAT YOU CAN THEN SEE ME PUTTING THAT EXACT LABEL ON THE PACKAGE! if not I have nothing else to answer!

You need to get legal assistance, it does sound like someone is setting you up. You also need to take a representative in with you at the disciplinary hearing (you have a legal right to do this although it's your choice - if they haven't explained this to you then they are out of order).

Been for my 2nd part of discliplinary! All of half hour long! I made it clear to them.. If they are accusing me I want to see proof in what they've saying I done wrong! They just looked at me stunned.. Adjourned for few mins went back in and they sad we will conclude this meeting on the evidence we have.! Mmm apart from the evidence you have is me doing my job! He couldn't answer me! I'm fuming so angry ! Yes I obs had a solicitor on police station but at the minute to deal with the employer side of things I have cab helping me and his been advising what to do and stuff .. So now I'll have to wait for my letter to see if they are goig to dismiss me or leave me in my job! Doubtful knowing that company.. Then it will be answering bail in 2 weeks .. Fingers crossed

Because I know my job and the evidence they have got is nothing! But I was worried over all what crap they have told police and the police not understanding it's just my job and then charging me! I've never been in trouble and so worried and stressed about answering bail

nooo..i have picked 6 cameras for delivery..but then strangely someone who lived near me has actually ordered off there site a pair of headphones to be exact..my employer is trying to tell me i have sent this random person the missing 6 cameras!! my employer told me his name but i dont even know him!

thats what i said to my employer today! if you think that these cameras have gone to this person why havent the police been and questioned him!! somethings not right..

also work havent got any proof i have sent him these 6 cameras thats the other query i have with them hence the reason i said i want to see proof of me phyiclly putting his address label on the camera box's and they cant show me they are just assuming
