I caught the middle to end of it this morning, decided I should watch the whole film - will be doing that tomorrow. Thought Edinburgh looked great in the film.

Nun gate,Edinburgh looks beautiful ALL the time, and it was certainly captured in the film, hope you enjoy it as much as we did
I'm looking forward to it, I might have to sky+ it for future watching, but I love the music of the Proclaimers anyway. True enough Edinburgh always looks good but it had a certain something in the way it was photographed. I'm glad they got some shots of the sunsets they always look fabulous.
Absolutely loved it. Watched the 500 miles miles bit over and over again.

Terrific film. Sooo much better than I thoyght it would be. It was wonderful. My native Edinburgh looked gorgeous - as always! If you haven't already seen the film, I urge you to so do. You won't regret it.

Caran, you might know, where was the anniversary party filmed?
What channel was it on,Mags? Do you know if there'll be a repeat? If I can't see it on TV I'll get the DVD.
^ and it's on that channel tonight at 6.15 pm
Thank you, scorpiojo.I'm out of luck-I don't have Movies on my Sky package. I'll just have to buy the DVD !
I've just finished watching it, at first I thought it a bit dire, but ended up loving it.
Our local youth community theatre put on the stage version last week here in Dover - it was very good, played to nearly full houses every night. They did very well in mastering the Scottish accents, too!
