Gromit, I can't see what hit the top of that building, but whatever it was didn't appear to do much damage. As far as I can see it was brought down by some sort of explosive device at its base. I just think it's odd to leave a camera trained on a nondescript building. Why would you unless you were expecting something to happen?

In the first video, the sound is out of synch and it took a couple of viewings but the missile can be seen as a white object falling left to right and passing near the area where the aerial is.
