I don't agree with this at all for lots of reasons and also consider it irresponsible as it has potential to cause racial tension / hatred. Surely even a careful balanced community impact assessment would indicate this to be not worth the risk.
The flag flown on Preston Town Hall was in response to request / demands made by a 'Charity' that openly supports the brutal Islamist-fascist terrorist Group Hamas, so this is bound to stir up trouble somewher .
