I have read this lengthy report and viewed the harrowing images, but I can see no suggestion of what the authorities are going to do with these people now they have rounded them up?

I would also like to take this opportunity to ask those EU supporters, and even the left-wing ABers among us, what would their answer be towards this problem?

Why should we bother to pander to your xenophobia.

Ask a perfectly valid question and get the usual troll like answer, from the canary.
This seems unnescessarily linked with the figures released yesterday. Only 2 of 37 processed appear to have been from the EU according to the article.
chelle, can you please highlight where it says only 2 of the 37 were European? I can't find it despite having read the article.
What will we do with them? Probably give them council houses.
Its quite common in London being approached by these beggers. On the tube women come up to you with a little child in tow asking for money.

whilst another is behind you dipping your pocket.
These pictures literally depict human litter. They were probably actively encouraged by their own governments, may be released from gaols, to come to the UK when the gates opened to them. They have no accomodation and no meaningful legal work. Begging was an offence not so long ago .I suspect it still is. Sleeping rough or dossing was an offence under the old Vagrancy Act 1824. This act was repelled by our bleeding heart lefty brigade and the Criminal Protection Service. Both begging and or the vagrancy act would be sufficient to label them as undesireables and be deported .Perhaps canary can find room in her bleeding heart to accomodate and feed them in her back garden .I would send them back where they can thieve, beg and litter up their own country again. Please. No one tell me they are entitled to come here for a better life. The life they lead here can't be any worse than the one they left in their own mother country. If It is worse why the hell was that country allowed to join the EU in the first place. So we could support their dross I suspect.
There you are aog. That would be my solution. I hope our lefty friends can provide their input as to how this problem should be dealt with..
What then happens as on another thread when we try to deport them they suddenly announce they are gay and will be victimised if sent back!
well said retrocop.

Another example of the disaster that is the EU.

However most EU politicians don't care as they live in multi million pound hoses, eat in top quality restaurants, and get driven round in chauffer driven cars.

They never see the "problems" the EU brings to the ordinary people on the streets.

Canary, why do you perceive every valid concern regarding immigrants to be xenophobia? Is it ok for these people to be sleeping rough on our streets?
Question Author
Canary, we can't hear you singing.
Deport !
Some of the beggars are aggressive and very intimidating.
If the children are sleeping on the streets shouldn't they be taken into care?
They would be better off there

According to the Express only two of the immigrants, one of whom left voluntarily due to ill health – will be sent back to Bucharest today on £200 flights at the taxpayer's expense.
At £200 - it's good value. As long as they can't come in again.
