Not before time. Maybe the politicians can do something right for once and get his parents released ASAP.
I'm amazed in the circumstances that the UK authorities have maintained the pressure in this case whilst a 5 year old boy is denied contact with his parents who are hundreds of miles away. Most of what has subsequently occurred since their arrest has been totally unnecessary. Why is the extradition still being sought? It makes no sense whilst delaying the poor kid's treatment.

We are pretty much in a Police state now.

This is very clearly the proof.
Just heard on Radio 4 that the police have been searching the Granmothers house...Why ??
See my answer above.
China eat your heart out.
Is the child's treatment being delayed? maybe he is now being given the treatment that the NHS could or would not provide
My son had to go to be treated in an emergency at a hospital where a child had died through misdiagnosis months earlier. As it was he got fantastic care, but had I been worried i would have pulled him out and taken him to another hospital at the risk of being arrested -which I would not have been because I would have committed NO OFFENCE. The authorities let known terrorists in and out of the UK, allow them to preach their vile beliefs on the streets, yet hound loving parents, imprison them for just trying to get the best healthcare for their child -sorry but it just makes me sick!
have just signed and hope the parents are very soon back with their little boy who needs comforting!!!!
signed -thank you for the link

Sky News ticker says his parents will appear in court in Madrid at 11 a.m. tomorrow whilst the CPS 'seek to withdraw' the arrest warrants and no further action will be taken against them, so why the delay?
They could be at his bedside tonight, why do they still need to appear in Madrid?
Just as matters were being rectified we have another hold-up in proceedings that only prolongs each party's agony. This could be sorted in minutes by a telephone call and it'll be almost another 24 hours before his parents can get to see him.
Considering the amount of backtracking going on there is not enough haste in contrast to the speed at which they were sought and arrested.

Could a writ of habaeus corpus be served on the Spanish police.....?

Is there a fund yet for his proton treatment?
Yes DT on his brother Youtube account there is a paypal link but the hospital they wanted him to go to have already said they will start treatment immediately regardless of the money, so that's all good. Just need thee people freed now.
Or on the 'ampshire police.
Also signed.
The Health Gestapo do not like to be challenged.

Cameron is set to intervene, so at least a politician is turning this to his advantage. Maybe he should have a word with his Health Department and tell them not to waste everyones time and money persuing a vendetta.
And his brother has seen him now... getting better by the moment.
