Now I know thw motoring evengelists will blame the biker for, well being a biker I suppose, but really this does illustrate how blind some motorists are.

Just watched the video and confirms what I said, no way could the driver have realised that the bike was going so fast that it would hit him. If the bike was doing 70 or even 80mph the car would have been clear and yards down the road before the bike got to the junction.

As an ex-biker I cannot see how the car driver was to blame. When I viewed the video my reflexes tried to turn to the right to go into empty road. Where I used to live we had an almost identical accident where the biker and his pillion were killed.The friends of the biker blamed the car driver, but the car driver began her turn when the bike was out of sight around a bend. The bike was going so fast that the car could not cross the carriageway before the bike hit it.

We have all seen these idiots trying their luck, there should be no blame on the car driver regards this idiot controlling the bike, if he would have been travelling at the correct speed, he would have been home for his tea, what he has done, he has left the car driver with an image they will never forget.
