I'm sure there are lonely-heart clubs in this country they could contact for companionship. It would be much easier to find out if they are genuine. Why does it have to be someone from abroad - anywhere - and why part with any money? I wouldn't blame the victims. It seems there are some really smooth talkers out there but why part with any money?

Oh I know BB. It's so difficult to feel sympathy for them. They are just SO desperate and SO lonely and SO gullible. "Oh but 'e said 'e luvved me and I luvved 'im". This just keeps on happening and sad lonely women (and some men) still keep falling for it all. This will continue to happen. Wise up folks! If something seems too good to be true, it ALWAYS is.
