Following the arrests last week in the country there is growing unrest. As important as it is to prevent radicalisation, is it not also essential to protect the law abiding Islamic following from abuse and damage to property? We are seeing more attacks in the UK too. Is it now possible to stop this escalation of tensions?

Well perhaps if the kaw abiding Islamic community had been a bit more proactive in weeding out tge scum they would not be in this mess. And they could try integrating and stop trying to run a sob community with its own laws etc too.

This is the direct result of His Tonyness and Botlers multi cultural experiment.

Youngmafbog, so who do you ultimately blame? Islamists or TB?
Most "western" countries have gone totally overboard with immigration, thinking the local population will accept it and their will be no problems.

But we are now seeing many problems, not only Muslim terrorists.

In the UK we have

Inner city ethnic ghettos
Drug gangs from Black, Asian, Somali (and other) ethnic communities
Stabbing and shootings by ethnic groups on the streets
Asylum seekers sleeping public parks and in people garages
Massive benefit fraud by immigrants
Fake sham weddings
Tax and VAT fraud
Staged traffic accidents to claim for whiplash injuries
Postal voting fraud
Corruption
Halal meat being forced on to everyone
Honour killings of family members
Female genital mutilation
Muslim Terrorists
Shaira Law being introduced
and more and more and more

And think the local populations in these Western countries are getting fed up with it.

Just today race hate crimes were reported in Ireland, with men from Eastern Europe being attacked

If the problems caused by immigrants continue I can see a civil war happening in this country in the next decade.
Doesn't this have echoes of 1930s Germany?
The Middle East is in *** and hopeless turmoil; we've had 9/11, 7/7, the Madrid train bombing; a seemingly never-ending plethora of atrocities committed worldwide; Muslims calling for the death of western soldiers; for the death of the infidel; marching en masse demanding the death of a teacher who innocently allowed her class of infants to name a teddy bear Mohammed; a soldier brutally slaughtered on the streets of London; burning poppies and western flags; the imposition of a fatwa upon an author; the demand for the death of a cartoonist; the murder of a film maker; the Taliban running amok; Boko Haram running amok; journalists, aid workers and other innocent foreigners brutally slaughtered; ancient monuments destroyed; children shot for wanting an education; lunatics, determined to transform our societies into an unthinkable Sharia-controlled nightmare, preaching hatred on our streets, and now IS with its crucifixions and beheadings - and suddenly Muslims are the victims? I must be missing something here. Islam - why are you surprised that free-thinking men are sick to the stomach of what's happening in the name your religion? After years of madness, bloodshed, and horror, committed by your 'brothers', I fear these protests you are voicing now are far too little and far too late. You reap what you sow. Amen.
The starred out word was ***.

VHG/Naomi - a whole litany of serious issues which serves to remind us of the resentment and disillusionment felt by so many. I can't see how this is going to be reversed, giving the authorities a major headache. Trouble is, can the lid be kept on the boiling pot? I fear not, civil war? I don't know about that but community cohesion, to say the least, is being greatly tested.

It is I think inevitable, the backlash has to start somewhere!
Totally agree with youngmafbog, VHG, and naomi24, they've said it all, especially youngmafbog's Labour's failed multi cultural experiment remark.
Naomi / VHG, The kettle is boiling, you have it 100%
Mr Boo has been saying for years that The Revolution is coming....

he's possibly correct?
So someone had graffiti sprayed on their car. Some others where shown the "rude finger" in the shape of a gun.
Do you think "this is the first time ever" or maybe the media sees an opportunity for sensationalist reporting.
We have had some radicals spouting off. We have had some "home grown terrorists" travelling OS to join the Jihad. We have some in this country recruiting young people, worst of luck.
The majority of Muslims here ABHOR what is happening and have spoken out about it.
If a revolution was kicked off by these radical Muslims, I wonder which side our peaceful Muslims would choose to support?
He may well be Boo.

I rather hope though it does not come to that, but with the lilly livered politicians we have (on all sides but one) I can see it being inevitable

//This is the direct result// is rather the pointer to who I blame ultimately !

Blair and Brown allowed, no, encouraged it to happen, shouting down anyone who dared to question with the cry of 'RACIST'. They have a lot to answer for.

The Muslim community however must shoulder some of the responsibility for their inaction following atrocities too though.
Naomi/vhg You got it,we can expect more attacks from homegrown fanatics in this country.
Thanks for that link Naomi.
I had a scan through.
Didn't follow all the links provided could have taken months.
A lot of the info provided did state a claim that we should hate all Muslims and try our best to eradicate them.
Did you take into account where a lot of the info was gathered from? Under privileged countries, of course they are jealous of the developed world, after all it's the developed world that made the most of their resources over the centuries.
And which country was most of the hatred was pointed to,,,,Hmmm those that consider themselves the "world police".
I don't consider Muslims in general a problem where I live, radicals/extremists definitely so.
VHG - you missed out Cashpoint card skimming.
What cannot be won through reason, love and understanding . . . will be lost to religion, hatred and violence.
