Tgan Dc and Em... is that the North Korean leader?
It doesn't actually say that. It says he's equally as popular as DC. It also says that 44% of those polled had an unfavourable view of NF.
^lol.
lolling at jan.
Well the former says he wants to change things the way many of the public want whist the other two either impose what we don't want or admit to desiring to do so. Not on everything of course, IS air raid involvement being an obvious exception, but enough things.
So, if Farage is so popular, why is his party not equally well thought of ?

UKIP still in the doldrums as far as the Polls are concerned ::

Everybody knows Cameron is charmless and Miliband is freaky. This poll should not be a surprise to anyone.
Farage portrays himself as the bloke in the pub, and that appeals to a lot of people.
The fact he is a public school educated former banker is not widely known. I suspect that when he is put under some scrutiny, his popularity will plummet to DC and EM level.

Why would you think that, gromit?
If you were to asked people what was Farage's job before UKIP, I doubt hardly anyone would know. I suspect most people would guss Pub Landlord :-)
I know someone who thought he was a tory MP, ;-/

if i was a politician that wouldn't exactly make my day
I was pointing out that YMBs headline post was incorrect. Not an unusual situation on here.

I have read your link again ymb, and it is unremittingly bad news for the Tories.
Farage has now ditched the "Handbag and shoes" tax that UKIP announced at the weekend...just thought I would let everybody know ! So WAGs can relax a bit now.

And Tory peer, Lord Ashcroft says that "Labour are heading for a comfortable majority next May, as his Polling has suggested that Labour is likely to win a number of the more solid LibDems seats, and that the Tories are failing to gain many new voters "

If that is not straight from the horses mouth, than I don't know what is !
