I recall at the time thinking what a monstrosity it was. It doesn't look any better the more I look at it.
It looks more like a government research facility or former Easter bloc 'holding' centre.

a neighbour has talked ( literally ) to another neighbour he was banned from going with 50 m of, and we have clocked up three raids so far .....
