Passengers arriving at Heathrow are being checked for the virus by G4S staff...yep, the same cowboys who got the security contract for the 2012 Olympics!

The nurse that died of ebola just accidently touched her face with a finger as she was removing her protective gear. The most infectious phase of ebola is when you have no symptoms before your temperature starts to rise, so this is just a cosmetic exercise to 'cover arses' so that the government can be said to be 'doing something'
I certainly would not want to be exposing myself to a disease that now has a 75% 'kill rate' for minimum wage.

Another though! People are coming in from West Africa clutching their passports in their sweaty hands . If one of them had got Ebola in the early stages with no symptoms that passport is going to be infectious! Just touching it could be a death sentence! Do the immigration desk staff know this? are they just waving them through? or are they prepared to risk death for themselves and their family's by doing their job and scrutinising all documents thoroughly ? Has the government even thought of this?
I hope I am wrong, but I expect at least 100 cases in the UK before Christmas and a few of them to be airport immigration staff.
