Couple that with the EU - anyone can come in policy and you are going no-where with it.

As I said 'read the link' only 1 out of every 25 applications to the Home office for deportation had the correct ID documentation!
Just 1 correct in every 25 applications, so 24 out of 25 were wrongly submitted meaning they failed.
So not the 'Human Rights brigade' or the 'ECHR' to blame it was just plain incompetence.
