Swampy Jogger
who actually believes that Swampy-looking character who claimed to be a jogger and didn't know it was the PM he ran into? What an unlikely direction to be jogging in, for starters. And my how he is milking the publicity. Can't help wondering had that been a suicide bomber though...

From the film footage it looks like he didn't run IN to him, it looks like he ran AT him. As for not knowing it was Cammy... aw , come on !! Funnily enough, pedestrians bump into each other all the time. I'm sure you must have been bumped into before.
The only remarkable thing about this incident was the person being bumped into, and that someone was filming it.
From the joggers point of view, a group of men (the security) walk into his path because they are crossing the pavement. He tries to cut through them which accounts for his diagonal direction to Cameron.

Don't get me wrong, I'm no Cammy fan but assault is assault. The "jogger" is lucky that he's got away with this.
