Should There Be A Lasting Memorial For Murdered Lee Rigby, Such As The One That Was Placed For Stephen Lawrence, A Few Miles Away In Eltham?
Andy, you're a very vociferous and opinionated person. So much so that you often have to issue apologies. Yet if you feel transgressed against, you don your moderator cap and threaten people. Imo, you should either moderate your own behaviour or stop issuing threats to others.(or better still, both)
Meh, not offended, amused and sometimes exasperated, but not offended.
I think the way it worked was an original 'core' of users were asked by ed to be mods, then those mods were asked who they thought would also be suitable (or daft) to do it alongside 'em- some silly s0d (after a few drinks probably!) thought id be mod material so I was also asked by ed as well.
After reading comment on here regards Lee, it makes me wonder the age group that responds to posts, are the posters children, Teens, over 20s, or adults? I have seen & heard better comments from the Service Users I used to care for, good god, grow up. Before the Replies, I can stand it!
I expect one of the big tests before becoming a mod is how you hand out Best Answers... this present thread might be thought to show you as being too argumentiferous by half. Still you could be made a Mod's Aide and carry B00's broomstick on Halloween, if that would do for a start?.

Ah so it's not what you know, but who you know then?
Seems to me that from your explanation, those Mods would only ask other persons with a similar agenda to their own, therefore it would be like a close knit club instead of a democratic group of separate people who held varying views?

Good grief aog!
The mods just need to ensure compliance with the published rules.
They are not awarding points or deciding who in a debate is right or wrong.
Do you have an issue with the way you have ever been treated by mods aog that has caused you to suspect a clique or conspiracy against you or anyone else?
