A journalist was interviewed on the Today Program this morning and he told how he was manhandled by Special Branch officers and threatened that he would arrested if he didn't hand over a similar dossier that he had given to Barbara Castle. The same story was repeated by the Policer that were investigating Cyril Smith. In both those cases, papers were taken by the Feds and never seen again.

Is it any wonder that Wanless can't find anything ?
