/// The Algerian arrived in Britain in December 2003 after paying smugglers to get him in. ///
/// He claimed asylum the next day, giving a false name and date of birth. His application was refused and two separate appeals were dismissed. ///
/// But the man remained in the UK and in 2010 he was convicted of drink driving, before making his threat against his family. ///
And we pay his legal costs so that he can remain in Britain because a judge has ruled that he has been “punished enough” and had a right to family life.
Right to a family life????? he should never been allowed to start a family, since he is a criminal and should not have been allowed his freedom until he was sent back to Algeria.
