Merry Christmas
With ten days to go, and in the knowledge that many of us are yet to put our trees up, wrap gifts, sort out the lunch menu or decide which carrol service we are attending, may I take this opportunity to wish everyone on the AB News section a merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous new year.
(and I hope I'm not too early with this post!)

/// Reminded me of 80-yr-old client at the weekend. His daughter was trying to persuade him to put up his Christmas tree and he said, "nope! Until I hear Noddy Holder - it ain't Christmas." ///
Did you see the top Christmas songs on TV last night?
No1 was "Do they know it's Christmas"? No2 "Mary's boy child" (Boney M) and No3 "Last Christmas" (Wham)
Does anyone agree?

AOG
The top three are horribly wrong (in my opinion)
1. Merry Christmas Everyone - Slade
2. Fairytale of New York - Pogues / Kirsty McColl
3. All I Want For Christmas - Mariah Carey
(Honourab mentions to 'I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day', by Wizzard, 'O Holy Night' by Nat King Cole and 'When A Child Is Born' by Johnny Mathis'
