A classic cartoon in Punch, over 45 years ago now, showed a mild-mannered man standing outside a gate which bore the legend ,"Beware of the OGD". The next picture showed him standing at the open front door confronted by this hideous green monster. The man says, "Good afternoon. I was calling on behalf of the dyslexic society.
