The Treasury certainly isn't safe. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole and Labour couldn't even organise a profitable betting operation on a two horse race.
as long as the UK authorities are still in dialogue with the EU on TTIP, the NHS is not safe in anybody's hands, and it's disingenuous of any party that suggests otherwise.
It's not safe in any of their hands since none of them have the balls (not Ed) to sort it out properly and drag it into the 21st century.
By just tinkering at the edges all of them are effectively signing the NHS's (or WHS's as some would prefer) death knell, it simply cannot survive like it is.
