Not sure if there has been a post over this? should she pay for her son's Taxi Expences? I do not like the person, but I think not, what's your views taking aside her wealth.

Yes, we had two pretty long threads on this- it's her son's taxi fares to a special school which is a service available to children with disabilities like this. She is a tax payer who probably pays more tax in a year than most of us do in a decade, so she is as entitled as the rest of us to take something back if it's not a means tested benefit- just as she is entitled to NHS treatment and education for her children.
Hi TWR- on your Poles thread I typed a short explanation of how to post links using a few simple clicks but when I pressed submit I was told your thread had been removed.
Links are useful on threads like this. Just find the page you want, click on the address bar (the bit that shows http... ..) to highlight the web address, right click and select 'copy', then when you are typing your post on AB just right click and press 'paste'. Why not have a go.

Mosaic, //if someone is well off why shouldn't they pay for a disabled family member's taxis?//
So she shouldn’t claim on an insurance policy for which she is obliged to pay regular premiums?
factor-fiction , I looked for that thread to give TWR a hand with posting links. Can't imagine why it was removed.

Maybe...but it looked like it could turn into yet another immigrant bashing thread.
Back to KP...I think she's absolutely entitled to claim this benefit for her son.
I was watching something the other day where she was trying to raise funds to open a local school for children with similar disabilities to harvey. She's not the only parent that has their child ferried for miles just so they can attend school.

Oh, is criticising immigrants forbidden here now? I didn’t know that – although I doubt that was the reason anyway. There were only a couple of posts on it – including Gromit’s where he said that even the most stupid Polish immigrant (or words to that effect) can do links. Perhaps he realised that wasn't a nice thing to say so removed it. We'll never know.
