there is a Roman Law idea of res judicata

( what is decided is decided and not raked over ad nauseam )

but not in this section of Roman Dutch law

I mean I suppose the moral of the story is: if you gonna go to the bog, dont take an Uzi with you
Judging by the length of time it took for his original trial to come to fruition, I'm not sure the work is ready for another marathon !
It seems wrong that they can do that. Whatever you think of the man and the crime, he was tried and sentenced according to the laws of the country.
