I am not sure where i stand on this one.
Young teenagers do stupid things......we all have done them......but should they suffer all their lives for a poor decision?
If they are allowed to return, perhaps psychological profiling and first hand knowledge of the "enemy" may be invaluable.

Their offence is treasonable & imprisonable if they return.
